This appeal and cross-appeal arise from John D. Hatney's conviction after a jury trial for one count of receiving child pornography through the mails in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2256, and one count of possessing three or more items of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Hatney appeals only his conviction, raising several grounds, none of which merits discussion.1 We summarily affirm...
