HARLINGTON WOOD, Jr., Senior Circuit Judge:

The two defendants, Geffrard and Landry, were found guilty on various counts of a five-count indictment charging cocaine, firearms and counterfeiting offenses except Landry was acquitted of Count III, the firearm count.1 Two other defendants similarly charged were tried with defendants, but acquitted on all counts. At sentencing, on the government's motion, the court departed upward.
