This adversary proceeding presents the issue of whether a chapter 7 trustee can have a debtor's discharge revoked pursuant to sections 727(d)(3) and 727(a)(6)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, on the basis that the debtor failed to obey a lawful order of the Court, in that the Court issued an Order to file schedules and the debtor did not timely comply.
