This is a medical-malpractice case. Thomas J. and Antoinette M. Kuklinski appeal from a judgment entered against them as the result of a jury verdict finding that Humberto A. Rodriguez, M.D., was not negligent—either with respect to his care and treatment of Mr. Kuklinski's head injury or in connection with his failure to inform them that a CT scan was an available diagnostic tool.
