LEWIS, Judge.

Defendant was convicted by jury verdict of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, possession of a handgun by a felon and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. Judge Spencer sentenced him to ten years and five years respectively for the assault convictions. The other convictions were consolidated for punishment and a two year sentence was imposed.
