("Harrington"), a sandblasting and painting services contractor, and Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation ("Transco"), a corporation that owns and operates natural gas pipelines. For the second time, this case presents us with a question regarding the applicability of the Louisiana Oilfield Anti-Indemnity...
