Counts 1 through 6 alleged the sale of cocaine while Count 7 alleged that defendant did "knowingly sell a non-controlled substance, to wit: chunky material, having the nature and appearance of crack cocaine, with the express representation to an undercover police officer that said non-controlled substance was a narcotic...
