In the instant proceeding ("the Proceeding"), MICHAEL A. CARUSO, d/b/a OMEGA FOOD INDUSTRIES ("the Plaintiff"), originally challenged our granting a discharge to SAMUEL SEGAL ("the Debtor") solely on the basis of 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A). The claim set forth in the original Complaint was restricted to averments that the Debtor untruthfully stated that he had not been employed...
