The plaintiff Richard Powers1 appeals from the judgment rendered for the defendants after a jury trial. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) instructed the jury and (2) decided his motion to set aside the verdict before a motion for additur could be presented to the court.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
