Superior Court jury convicted the defendant, Francis Fallon, on an indictment charging sixteen counts of larceny over $250 and one indictment charging securities fraud, stemming from his actions regarding approximately $3.6 million in assets entrusted to him by the victim, Lillian DiCarlo, under a contract for financial planning services.
