Licha Rosado and her daughter Grace Ann Rodriguez, who are also named defendants in this action, lived in an apartment in a building at 2705 Marion Avenue in the Bronx from 1980 until 1992. For part of that period, from October 1983 to October 1985, defendants Stanley Hollander, 2705 Marion Equities and Hollander Management Corp.
