Seib (Appellants) appeal from a judgment affirming the decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC), which held that Appellants were ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits. LIRC concluded that Appellants were suspended for good cause and were terminated by Briggs & Stratton Corporation for misconduct.
