Defendant was convicted in the Municipal Court of Sparta and again, after a trial de novo in the Law Division, of driving while her driver's license was suspended, N.J.S.A. 39:3-40. The municipal judge found that this was defendant's third conviction for the same offense and imposed a mandatory custodial ten-day term, as well as a sixty-day loss of license, a $1,000 fine, and $30 in court...
