The defendants appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting the plaintiffs' request for a permanent injunction to enjoin the defendants from operating a trucking business and rebuilding a barn on their property in Watertown. The judgment also included an award of costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, and a civil penalty in the amount of $100 per day for a violation of a cease and desist order.
