Bryan, D/B/A Anderson County Jockey Lot and Farmer's Market (Farmer's Market) appeal the trial court's refusal to grant a directed verdict in favor of Farmer's Market, refusal to grant a mistrial, and the trial court's ruling allowing the plaintiff to use Farmer's Market's videotaped deposition of Dr. McCalla in the plaintiffs case in chief....
