Rene Rocha-Rocha (defendant) appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count of conspiracy to possess narcotic drugs for sale (cocaine), a class 2 felony under Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated section (A.R.S. §) 13-3408. The state cross-appeals the trial court's directed verdict of acquittal on one count of possession with intent to sell cocaine.
