Per Curiam.

The petition contains seven charges of professional misconduct against the respondent. The Special Referee sustained Charges One through Four and Charge Six to the extent that the respondent failed to produce bank records and tax returns requested by Grievance Counsel during the investigation. The Special Referee failed to sustain the remaining charges.
