This matter is before this court on the appeal of Northeast Savings (Northeast) from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island. In response to Northeast's application for appeal, the Trustee has filed a motion to dismiss. For the reasons stated, the Trustee's motion to dismiss is granted.
