Athens County Child Support Enforcement Agency ("CSEA") appeals the judgment ordering it to pay costs and Ronald Lloyd Hollon's attorney fees. On appeal, CSEA contends that the Athens County Court of Common Pleas erred in assessing costs and attorney fees to CSEA because CSEA had not received notice of the hearing on the matter.
