On April 5, 1994, defendant pleaded guilty of delivery of less than fifty grams of cocaine, second offense, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv); MCL 333.7413(2); MSA 14.15(7413)(2), as a result of a drug transaction that occurred on September 13, 1993. At the plea hearing, defendant admitted a previous drug conviction stemming from his drug-related activity on September 17, 1993. Defendant was sentenced to two to forty years in prison.
