This case involves an issue of insurance coverage, in particular the construction of an exclusion in a Jeweler's Block Policy. The insurer, appellee St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, denied coverage based on the exclusion, whereupon the jeweler, appellant JMP Associates, Inc., sued for breach of contract and the tort of bad faith. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County granted summary judgment for St. Paul, and we now have this appeal...
