This is an appeal from the Seneca County Court of Common Pleas judgment granting a motion for a change in custody of the parties' two children.

On September 14, 1993, Linda E. Miller ("appellee") filed a complaint for divorce against Jerome P. Miller ("appellant"). The court awarded temporary custody of the couple's two children, Kris and Kurtis, to appellee on October 15, 1993.
