Peter A. Taylor appeals his conviction and sentence stemming from a plea agreement he entered into with the government. In that agreement, Taylor pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in exchange for the government's promise to recommend at the time of sentencing that Taylor be sentenced to no more than ten years of incarceration.
