This is an appeal taken by the plaintiff Madison Hills Limited Partnership from the granting of a motion to set aside or open a default quiet title judgment. The plaintiff alleges that, pursuant to General Statutes § 52-212,1 the trial court lacked jurisdiction to open the judgment. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
