The appellant is the coguardian and the maternal grandmother of three minor children1 whose mother was murdered in 1991 by the children's father. The father is incarcerated after pleading guilty to second degree murder. The children's paternal grandparents were, at first, appointed coguardians with the maternal grandmother, and they were to share physical custody of the children with her, but they were removed as coguardians...
