After Leslie A. Ross testified against St. Augustine's College in a successful reverse discrimination case by one of its professors, her fortunes as a student at the college changed dramatically. She sued the college and seven of its officers and professors for retaliation, and after a two-week trial, a jury found against St. Augustine's College and three other defendants, awarding her compensatory and punitive damages for...
