We review the findings of fact and conclusion of law of the referee concerning the professional misconduct of Attorney Eli Frank that resulted in his conviction in federal court on a guilty plea to one felony count of conspiring to commit bank fraud. The referee recommended that the court publicly reprimand Attorney Frank for that misconduct.
