Fidelity Financial Services, Inc. ("Fidelity") appeals the district court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's1 order setting aside Fidelity's lien on the debtor's car as a voidable preference. The bankruptcy court's ruling depended on its conclusion that state relation-back statutes are inapplicable to preference-avoidance analysis under 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(3)(B).
