Michael Key appeals his conviction on charges of bank fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and making false statements on a loan application under 18 U.S.C. § 1014. He contends that there was insufficient evidence to convict him, that the government improperly introduced evidence of earlier bad acts, that the district court abused its discretion by denying a continuance, and that his sentences for bank fraud and making false statements are multiplicitous...
