HEIMAN, J.

The defendants1 appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court remanding the case to the commission on human rights and opportunities (commission) for further proceedings. The defendants claim that the court improperly substituted its factual findings for those of the commission. Because we conclude that there is no final judgment in this case, we dismiss the defendants' appeal.
