Defendant Judious A. Kizeart was convicted under the "felon in possession" statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), as a previously convicted felon, for knowingly possessing and transporting in interstate commerce ammunition for a firearm. On appeal Mr. Kizeart challenges the sufficiency of the evidence for the conviction. He also raises issues concerning the trial court's admission of tape-recorded evidence...
