Felix Petrilli seeks damages under 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B) for his employer's decision to deny him severance and pension benefits. This is the second time his claim has been before us. After the district court granted summary judgment in favor of the Plan Administrators, we remanded the case for reconsideration of Petrilli's denial of benefit claims under a de novo standard of review.
