The petitioner appeals1 from the judgments of the habeas court dismissing his petitions for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court (1) applied an incorrect legal standard in evaluating his claim of actual innocence and (2) improperly dismissed his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel by incorrectly evaluating the credibility of a witness in the habeas proceedings.
