Defendant First National Bank of Boston (Guernsey) Limited (hereinafter "Guernsey") appeals from the district court's denial of its request for attorneys' fees. Guernsey sought attorneys' fees pursuant to New Mexico law for dissolution of a wrongfully obtained preliminary injunction.
