Plaintiff-appellant American Eagle Insurance Company ("American Eagle") filed this diversity action in the Eastern District of Arkansas seeking a declaration that John H. Thompson was not covered under an aviation insurance policy issued by it to Arkansas Aircraft Inc. ("Arkansas Air"). American Eagle sought a determination that it had no duty to defend or indemnify Thompson in two underlying state tort actions in Georgia....
