Stanley Bell pleaded guilty to distributing crack cocaine, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1994), and to using a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking offense, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (1994).
