Lavaughan Maddix appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Western District of Missouri, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(e)(1).
