Plaintiff appeals from the Bankruptcy Court's order denying its demand that the Trustee specifically perform his contract with Plaintiff for the sale of a certain tract of land belonging to the Debtor's estate. For the reasons described below, the Court affirms the Bankruptcy Court's order.
