Plaintiff appeals by leave granted the dismissal of his appeal before the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission for failure to timely file a brief and the denial of his motion for reconsideration. The appeals were consolidated. We reverse and remand the case to the WCAC for reinstatement and plenary consideration of plaintiff's appeal.
