651 N.Y.S.2d 306

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Lewis DeHoyas, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

December 17, 1996

Defendant was not deprived of a fair trial by the introduction of expert testimony regarding typical street drug operations.
