STALLONE, J., January 5, 1996.
On June 11, 1992, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the plaintiff, Justine A. Schade, was a passenger on the back of a motorcycle which, while in an allegedly "still" position, was struck in the rear by an automobile being driven by the defendant, Charles Chiriaco, on a ramp leading onto Interstate 176. The motorcycle was being operated by the plaintiff's friend, Michael James Hurley.
