HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

John Corcoran Wicker appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to withdraw a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and 18 U.S.C. § 1341. We affirm.
