Riley D. Funches was convicted by a jury of two counts of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Specifically, Funches was convicted of robbing a Bank One Branch and an Equitable Bank Branch, both located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
