Defendants appeal from an order of the district court denying them qualified immunity on plaintiffs' claim that defendants violated their constitutional rights to privacy and free association during a police department investigation. Because we find that the investigation did not violate a clearly established constitutional right of the plaintiffs, we REVERSE the district court and hold that the defendants should have been granted...
