OPINION

HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge:

Raymond V. Lund and Madelene A. Lund ("Debtors") are chapter 7 debtors. David Kuan ("Kuan") is a creditor and former landlord of the Debtors. Kuan, appearing pro se, brought an action to have the Debtors' liability for back rent determined to be nondischargeable. After the close of Kuan's case at trial, the bankruptcy court granted a directed verdict for the Debtors. Kuan appeals. We AFFIRM the Bankruptcy Court's order...
