Following a jury trial, Adam C. Risch was convicted of manufacturing marijuana, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1994). The District Court1 sentenced Risch to eighty-four months of imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release. Risch appeals his conviction and sentence.
