In a multi-count, multi-defendant indictment, Melvin Edward Campbell was charged with conspiracy to manufacture, possess, and distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and more than fifty grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846.
