BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Kenny Smith appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (crack cocaine) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A). Smith argues the district court1 erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence and in setting his base offense level. We affirm.
