On this appeal, we consider whether the trial court properly granted summary judgment on the basis that appellee Lake Havasu City ("City") was immune from suit regarding appellant James Patrick Galati's ("Galati") claim that his single vehicle accident resulted from the unreasonably hazardous design of a city street.
