Plaintiff-appellant Adam Wein and the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC") present this appeal from the judgment rendered in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. The trial court ruled that Wein was not entitled to partial summary judgment regarding an injury suffered in the course of his employment with Seaman Corporation, and that Wein was required to prove the injury to a jury.
